Legal
Copyright Policy
Rules for using protected music, video, stages, and lighting-show content.
Only upload and publish content you own or are authorized to use. Publishing is optional and carries additional responsibilities because the show becomes available to others.
Effective and last updated: September 13, 2026.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights, licenses, or other legal permission needed for music, visual media, stage assets, and other content you upload or use.
Publishing shows
Before publishing a show, you must separately accept the current Terms of Service and this Copyright Policy. Private drafts are not published and do not require a publish acknowledgement.
Limited operational license
You retain your rights. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, analyze, render, transmit, and display content according to the features and visibility settings you choose.
Remixes and source music
A remix may reuse an eligible published stage, lighting timeline, and choreography. It does not transfer or copy the publisher's source music; remixers must select music they are authorized to use.
Copyright reports
A rights holder or authorized representative may report a published show using the Copyright Report form. Provide accurate contact details, identify the protected work and reported material, accept the good-faith declaration, and sign electronically.
Review and takedown
Reports are reviewed before action. A report does not automatically remove content. When a claim is confirmed, we may disable the published show while preserving the creator's private project unless separate account action is required.
Repeat infringement
Repeat-infringement decisions are based on confirmed moderation actions, not raw or dismissed reports. Appropriate action may include publication restrictions or account measures after review.
Questions and notices
Use the Copyright Report form for claims about a published show and the Contact page for policy questions. Do not submit knowingly false or misleading reports.
